Community Scorecard Report 2021 – A Case of 3 Health Facilities

CTL commissioned 3 community scorecard initiatives in 3 sub-counties namely; Subukia, Wei Dispensary, Nakuru Town East, Menengai Dispensary, and Njoro sub-county. These initiatives were meant to allow citizens to give feedback to duty bearers on the status of service delivery based on how they experience services delivered to them. Further, the community scorecard tool enhances interactions between citizens and duty-bearers, a process that leads to improved service delivery.
